Prisma credit reporting fee $7.00 - $10.00 per month
$10 first vehicle $25 for any additional - maximum of 2 vehicles studio and one beds, maximum 3 vehicles two bed $10.00 - $60.00 per month
Parcel Pending $15.00 per month
water, sewer, trash, gas Variable
Utility admin fee $10.00 per month

Pet Rent $35.00 per month
Renters liability waiver - in lieu of H04 renters insurance policy $17.00 per month
How to Budget Your Monthly Costs
